”Our wedding day could not have been more perfect without the help of Maeli! Since the day we had hired Maeli to be our wedding coordinator, she was on top of all of our certain requests. During the months that lead to the wedding Maeli consistently contacted us via Zoom or Phonecall to go through each detail from the itinerary of our event, to calling vendors on our behalf. Maeli is very aware how stressful planning this type of event can be, and she went above and beyond to make sure our event ran smoothly and orderly. Maeli was literally our right hand person throughout planning of this entire wedding. She even made her way out to make sure all alterations were done correctly at each dress fitting. Maeli would sit down and go over checklists periodically in order to make sure we had everything that we wanted for our event. Our event was not in our normal city, which also made planning stressful. Maeli would spend hours on the road to meet with us consistently either at the venue or in our hometown. Maeli shows deadication in all that she does from assisting us with decorating the day of the wedding, to making sure every bridesmaid and groomsmen were ready for the ceremony. She is an excellent MC as well. We wanted our wedding to be bilingual since we also had family that only spoke english or spanish only and Maeli was able to host our event proficently in both languges. She has exceeded through every detail needed for either the bride or the groom during the Big Day. Would recommend to anyone who wants to have a great wedding, without most of the stress!”
